Rupesh is an associate director of the payroll department at Corient Business Solutions Ltd. He started his career as an account assistant at HPPL Pvt. Ltd. and then worked with Serco Global Service Pvt. Ltd. as an account executive for 4 years before joining Corient. Today, Rupesh has an overall experience of 13 years in the accounting and finance industry.
When Rupesh joined Corient in 2016, he needed to gain experience in payroll. Through his determination and zeal to learn, prove himself, and demonstrate his capabilities, both he and Coreint have experienced significant growth. In 2016, Corient had only 1 EE department; today, this department has grown substantially under Rupesh’s capable leadership. Currently, Rupesh is managing the payroll for almost 35 accounting firms.
